RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Our Return Policy:

At ATX Luggage, we want you to be completely 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied with your online order, you can return unused merchandise in its original condition, following the guidelines outlined below. You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to change your mind and return the items. Please note that personalized items are excluded from returns.

Return Requirements:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original labels, tags, user instructions, guarantee leaflets, and other packaging materials.
  • Any returned items that show signs of use or damage, or lack the necessary packaging, will not be accepted for return.
  • You are responsible for returning the product to us in a timely manner.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Complete the return form included in your package or available on our website. Or contact our support team atxluggagewebsite@gmail.com
  2. Within 3-5 business days, we will send you a return label, a return number, and detailed instructions.
  3. Carefully pack the item back in its original packaging, ensuring it’s secure for transport to avoid any damage.
  4. Print the provided return label and attach it to the return package.
  5. Contact the courier of your choice (e.g., DPD, Evri, Parcelforce etc.) to arrange for the return pickup, following the instructions in your email. Make sure the pickup occurs within 7 calendar days from the date you received the return information.
  6. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund, including the cost of standard shipping (if applicable), within 48 hours. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your original payment method.

Important Notes:

  • Returns that don’t meet all the outlined criteria will be rejected. If this occurs, we will inform you via email within 14 days, explaining why the return is not possible.
  • Please note that only items purchased online through our website can be returned via this process. In-store purchases are not eligible for this return procedure.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

  1. If your product is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the wrong item, please notify us via email (atxluggagewebsite@gmail.com) within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Follow the return process described above, and we will either arrange for a replacement or full/partial refund, including any return shipping fees.
  3. If the replacement is available, we will send it to you at no additional cost.

Exchanges:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original labels, tags, user instructions, guarantee leaflets, and other packaging materials.
  • For an to exchange please contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Choose a courier of your choice to send the item back to us, and your order upon arrival will be refunded and in exchange, you are more than welcome to re-order the size you were looking to exchange your previous item with.
  • Any returned items that show signs of use or damage, or lack the necessary packaging, will not be accepted for return.

 

4. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.
  2. We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order.
  3.  Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
  4.  ATX Luggage makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
  5. Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of United Kingdom
  6. All decisions made by ATX Luggage is final
